Amazing experience with Charlie when having my permanent makeup eyebrows. I had got myself quite anxious about whether the procedure would be painful as I have a ridiculously low pain threshold but Charlie was so lovely about it and put me at ease and then it wasn’t painful at all and I ended up drifting off to sleep during both brows. Charlie spent time mapping my eyebrows and discussing the right colour option for my face and my preference and wouldn’t start until I was happy. I am over the moon with my eyebrows and wish I’d had them done a lot sooner.
